Business Associate Program Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before applying for or participating in the amar fusion Business Associate Program.

Welcome to the amar fusion Business Associate Program. By applying for, receiving or using a BA code, you agree to follow the terms stated below. These terms are intended to keep the program fair, transparent and secure for associates, customers and amar fusion.

1. Program Overview

The amar fusion Business Associate Program allows an approved associate to promote amar fusion by sharing a unique BA code. When an eligible customer uses that code during checkout, the customer may receive a discount and the associate may earn a profit on the qualifying order.

Discount and profit rates, maximum limits, verification periods and other program settings are determined by amar fusion and may be changed from time to time.

2. Application & Approval

A customer must submit accurate information through the associate application form. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

amar fusion may approve, reject or request additional information for an application at its discretion. An associate may begin using the program only after the application has been approved and a code has been issued.

3. Business Associate (BA) Code

Each approved associate will receive a unique BA code through the customer dashboard. The code is linked to the approved account and must not be sold, transferred, exchanged or assigned to another person.

amar fusion may update, replace, deactivate or withdraw a BA code when required for security, system maintenance, misuse prevention or program management.

4. Customer Discount

A customer must enter a valid and active BA code in the applicable field during checkout. The discount shown in the checkout summary will be applied only after the code is successfully verified by the website.

A code may not apply to every product, order, campaign or customer. The applicable discount rate and maximum discount amount will be based on the current program settings at the time the order is placed.

5. Qualifying Profit

A profit may be recorded only when a valid BA code is applied to an eligible order and the order is successfully created in the amar fusion system.

The applicable profit rate, maximum profit amount and eligible calculation value will be determined by the program settings and the amount displayed in the associate dashboard or related order record.

6. Pending & Verified Profit

Pending: A newly recorded profit will first appear as pending and cannot be withdrawn immediately.

Verified: By default, a pending profit becomes verified and is added to the associate balance after the order is marked Delivered and the applicable verification period has passed. The default verification period is 2 days, but amar fusion may change the triggering order status or number of days through the program settings.

Verification may be delayed while an order, return, payment, fraud or customer complaint is under review.

7. Cancelled, Returned or Refunded Orders

No profit will be payable for an order that is cancelled, rejected, undelivered, returned, refunded, fraudulent or otherwise found to be ineligible.

If profit was previously credited for such an order, amar fusion may reverse or deduct the related amount from the associate's pending, available or future balance after reviewing the order.

8. Self-Referral Is Not Allowed

Important: An associate must not use their own BA code to place an order for themselves or create an order mainly for the purpose of earning profit. Such an order will not qualify for profit and may lead to account review or suspension.

9. Fair Promotion Rules

Associates must promote amar fusion honestly and must not make false, misleading or unverified claims about products, prices, discounts, delivery, returns or the associate program.

Associates must clearly disclose their associate relationship whenever required and must not present themselves as an employee, official agent, customer service representative or owner of amar fusion.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited: fake or duplicate orders, unauthorized use of another person's information, spam, deceptive advertising, impersonation, code manipulation, automated abuse, fraud, payment manipulation, or any attempt to obtain an unfair profit.

Associates must not misuse amar fusion's name, logo, website content or other intellectual property, and must not register a confusingly similar domain, page, account or advertisement without written permission.

11. Associate Dashboard & Records

The associate dashboard may show referred orders, pending profit, verified or available balance and other program information. amar fusion may review and correct records affected by technical errors, duplicate transactions, returns, fraud or incorrect calculations. The verified records maintained by amar fusion will be used to resolve any difference.

12. Withdrawal & Payment

Only verified and available profit may be eligible for withdrawal. Pending or locked profit cannot be withdrawn.

Available withdrawal methods, minimum or maximum limits, required account information, processing time and payment schedule will be shown in the dashboard or communicated by amar fusion. Payment may be held while identity, account ownership, order validity or suspected misuse is reviewed.

13. Account Security

Associates are responsible for keeping their login credentials and account information secure. Any suspected unauthorized access, code misuse or incorrect transaction should be reported to amar fusion promptly.

14. Suspension or Termination

amar fusion may suspend or terminate an associate account or code for a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, misleading promotion, prolonged inactivity, security concerns, legal requirements or program closure.

Valid verified profit may be processed after review. Profit linked to prohibited, fraudulent, cancelled, returned or ineligible activity may be withheld, reversed or cancelled.

15. Program Changes

amar fusion may change, pause or discontinue the Associate Program or update its discount rate, profit rate, maximum limits, eligible products, order-status trigger, verification period and other settings. Updated terms or settings will apply from their stated effective time and will not normally create profit for orders placed before that time.

16. Privacy & Confidentiality

Information submitted for the Associate Program may be used to manage the application, verify identity or account details, prevent fraud, calculate profit, process payments and communicate program updates.

Associates must not collect, disclose or misuse customer information obtained through any interaction related to the program.

17. Independent Relationship

Participation in the Associate Program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise or joint-venture relationship between the associate and amar fusion. Associates are responsible for their own content, promotional activities and any applicable personal obligations.

18. Limitation & Technical Issues

amar fusion will take reasonable steps to maintain accurate associate records but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the program. Temporary technical issues, maintenance, internet failure or third-party service problems may delay code validation, reporting, verification or payment.

Any affected transaction may be reviewed and corrected using verified order and payment records.

19. Governing Rules & Contact

These terms will be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Nothing in these terms limits any right that cannot legally be excluded.
