Return Policy

We want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read the following return and exchange conditions before placing an order.

1. Return & Exchange Policy

amar fusion accepts eligible return or exchange requests subject to the conditions described in this policy.

Customers are requested to contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product if there is an issue with the order.

2. When Can You Request a Return or Exchange?

A return or exchange request may be considered in situations such as:

The wrong product was delivered.
The wrong size was delivered compared to the confirmed order.
The product has a significant manufacturing or quality issue.
The received product is substantially different from the product ordered.

All return or exchange requests are subject to review and approval by amar fusion.

3. Return / Exchange Request Time

Customers should contact amar fusion promptly after receiving the order if they want to request a return or exchange. Requests made after a reasonable period may not be accepted.

4. Product Condition

Products returned for exchange or return must be in their original condition.

The product must be unused and unworn.
The product must not be washed or altered.
The product must not have any damage caused by the customer.
Original tags, packaging and other included items should be kept intact where applicable.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused for return or exchange.

5. Return & Exchange Delivery Charge

Important: Any delivery or courier charge related to a return or exchange must be paid by the customer.

This applies even when the customer requests an exchange due to size, colour or personal preference.

6. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for an eligible product, subject to availability.

If the selected exchange product has a higher price than the original product, the customer must pay the additional price difference before the exchange is completed.

The applicable delivery or courier charge for the exchange will also be payable by the customer.

7. Exchange for a Lower-Priced Product

If the customer chooses an exchange product with a lower price than the original product, any applicable price difference will be handled according to amar fusion's decision and applicable exchange conditions.

8. Product Availability

Exchange requests are subject to product and size availability.

If the requested exchange product or size is unavailable, the customer will be required to select another available product.

9. Wrong or Defective Product

If you receive a wrong product or a product with a significant manufacturing defect, please contact amar fusion promptly with the relevant order details. Our team will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange an appropriate return or exchange solution.

10. Products That May Not Be Accepted

Return or exchange requests may be rejected if:

The product has been worn or used.
The product has been washed, altered or damaged.
Tags or packaging have been removed or damaged where applicable.
The issue is caused by improper use or handling after delivery.

11. Change of Mind

Return or exchange requests based solely on a change of mind, personal preference or a decision to no longer purchase the product may be subject to amar fusion's approval and applicable return or exchange conditions. Any applicable delivery or courier charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

12. Inspection & Approval

All returned products may be inspected by amar fusion before a return or exchange is approved. The final decision regarding eligibility will be made based on the condition of the product and the circumstances of the request.

13. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order details and clearly explain the reason for the request.

Our customer service team will provide the next steps after reviewing your request.

14. Changes to This Policy

amar fusion reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy when necessary. Any updated version will be published on this page.
